The 2009 NCCEP EMS Patient Care Treatment Protocols are not available to EMS Systems in an editable version. If approval by the NC EMS Medical Director is obtained to change or add a Protocol to the existing 2009 NCCEP Protocols, a blank template will be provided. EMS Specialty Care Transport Programs (SCTP) can obtain templates from the NC EMS Medical Director to use in the development of SCTP Protocols.
