Are the 1.000 plus acres owned by San Antonio Villas?
Not exactly: San Antonio Villas per se will own about 22 acres of development land. About 83 acres will be donated by San Antonio Villas to the administration of an independent foundation to assure their long-term conservation and as a part of a strategy to ensure international support for the foundation. This independent foundation already owns 420 hectares (924 acres) of forest reserve adjacent to our 83 acres that as part of this structure become the backyard of San Antonio Villas, for the sensible and controlled use and enjoyment of its participants. This reserve will have negligible impact trails.
