Are tenants able to rent their dwelling units to 2010 Winter Games visitors?
Tenants can rent their dwelling units during the Games subject to receiving written consent from their landlord (as required by the Residential Tenancy Act) . Tenants must provide written consent from their landlord at the time of making an application for a temporary accommodation license. Tenants who are considering renting their homes during the Games should be aware of the associated risks (see above).
