Are temporary employees sourced through Convergys?
A Temporary employees are OPS under the State terms. Often same-day/seasonal hires are OPS employees. OPS positions will be sourced through the same web-based process as SES, SMS and CS. For paper based sourcing needs (e.g. newspaper ads), the State will be responsible for the financial liability and Convergys will help, as requested to define the job advertisement.
