This IDC study lists and evaluates the strategies required by telcos in the managed services industry in the Asia/Pacific (excluding Japan) or APEJ region. This study also makes recommendations for services firms that target the managed services industry. “Telcos need to get some of the basic frameworks right to become serious players in managed services,” says Adrian Dominic Ho, research manager, Managed Services and Networking Research, IDC Asia/Pacific.
