Are Tech Prep credits transferable to four-year colleges?
Many colleges recognize the Tech Prep credits. The University of North Texas readily recognizes all Tech Prep credits, as well as the University of Texas at Arlington thru the Texas Two-Step Project. Once a student has earned an associate degree, they may be more appealing to the four-year college or university, especially since they have proven their success.
