You can determine if the rates are inclusive of taxes and service charges in Step 1 (after you have selected a hotel to book). Under the heading Rate Inclusive Of, you will be informed about all of the items that will be included under your room rate. If taxes and service charges are included in the room rates, it will be stated here.
