Are taxes and breakfast included in the price? ?
All the taxes such as the government tax and the city construction fee (for instance: Construction Fee of Dalian City is $1.0 per night per room) are not included in the price column. All the taxes should be paid at the hotel reception desk when you check out. The room rate only including 15% service charges.
