Are symptoms of panic attacks often mistaken for symptoms of hypoglycaemia?

Panic attacks are hideous! I suffered with them in a major way for about 7 years and the only thing that helped them was Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (I was referred through my GP) – no medication that I was given helped me! If you are worried – go and ask the doctor for a test to rule it out. If they just panic attacks (and I dont use the work ‘just’ in an undermining way as I know how debilitating they are) – you can look into other forms of treatment to nip in them in the bud before they affect your life too much – I wish I had found the right treatment sooner and CBT changed my life. Good Luck .
