Are swimming goggles or flotation devices permitted?

Swimming goggles are permitted in the water resort. Goggles with snorkels attached are prohibited. Flotation devices are not permitted within the water resort with the exception of U.S. Coast Guard Approved life vests. Children wearing water wings are still required to wear a life vest in designated height restricted areas.
