Are SupremeCorqs more difficult to remove from the bottle that tree bark corks?
SupremeCorqs form a tighter seal with the bottle than most tree bark corks. Once the seal is broken, the cork should be easier to extract than a tree bark cork as with any driven closure. Irregular bottlenecks may also make the corq more difficult to extract. Therefore, we recommend a waiter s type corkscrew as it provides the optimum leverage to break the initial seal and remove the closure.
