(New for R38.2) A: Yes, when REVIEW is used to browse a UNIX file and the user is permitted to switch to SUPERUSER by the security component the user can browse any UNIX file. The effective UID is always the real UID whenever REVIEW invokes an ISPF file service such as Browse or Edit.
