Are students who are U.S. citizens attending foreign institutions eligible to apply?
Our training authority is intended primarily to encourage U.S. citizens and permanent residents attending accredited U.S. institutions to consider careers in biomedical research. However, applications from students who are U.S. citizens attending institutions in foreign countries can be considered on a case-by-case basis.
