Are students allowed to check e-mail on the computer at home?
Strictly speaking, students have been asked not to do so as the school district and parents have no way of verifying with whom students are communicating. This is why services such as HotMail, YahooMail, and GMail are blocked on our school networks. If students have home email accounts, they should be using their home/personal computers to access it.
