Are strollers and luggage allowed on the gallery floors? Is there a place to check such things?

Only umbrella-style strollers can be accommodated on the gallery floors. Luggage is not permitted on the gallery floors and cannot be held. Backpacks, umbrellas, large bags and large strollers must be checked in at the coat check on the Theater (T) level. All bags are subject to inspection.
