Are stomach aches and light stools along with nausea signs of pregnancy?
stomach aches and lights stools with nausea is not a sign of pregnancy…you feel all this things just bec you was delayed of your period b4 thats why…but sometmes womens pregnant is having slight bleeding and its normal…but in this case the dr. advice you to have bedrest…yap,its too early to tell that your pregnant..if you want really to make sure just do the blood test.take care..
