Are statement of commitment letters from Co-Is required for all Swift proposals?
No. Earlier information seemed to indicate that NASA required these letters from Co-Is, but we have received additional guidance from NASA HQ on this issue, indicating that Co-I letters of commitment are *not* necessary for compliance with the Swift Cycle 3 solicitation. There is no penalty for including the letters, however, should the PI wish to do so.
