The only type of reduced documentation loan offered by FHA is the Streamlined Refinance product. This product allows someone with an existing FHA loan to refinance into a lower interest rate or lower term without the hassle of a new appraisal or income and credit qualification. Otherwise all new FHA Home loans require full documentation.
