Yes both installation and start up deployment services and full portfolio of warranty upgrade offers are available for each grouping. 13×5 and 24×7 4 hour response plus 24×7 6 hour call to repair with 3,4 and 5 year coverage options available. In addition the option to include defective media retentions within service is available in America’s and APJ.
