The Production Indicator system was designed to create a purpose based and heritage based breeding system. Knowing and evaluating the quality of the mare is paramount in executing a competitive modern stallion licensing system. Therefore, at the age of 3 years, the Studbook will consider stallions from mares which are known and verified of certain quality through the 5P PRODUCTION INDICATOR SYSTEM.
