Are SOPHAS reference letters acceptable?
SOPHAS reference letters are acceptable. However read Letters of Recommendation about the types of recommenders the Department prefers and the suggested content of the letters. One of my designated recommenders cannot provide a reference; may I substitute another recommender? Yes, you must delete the unavailible recommender and add the new name and contact information. This is true for SOPHAS and direct UW application. Let us know at epiapply@u.washington.edu.
