Are some TACT enforcement processes working better than others?
TACT programs have reported successes with ride-alongs, unmarked cars and aerial surveillances. These processes are currently being documented by each programs evaluation component. Because of program differences, they cannot be directly compared, but their relative merits and best practices are worthy of discussion in T-SPEN forums.
