Are some people born evil?
Nobody is born evil. People become “evil” based on a mixture of reasons, two of the most important are how they were nutured and -even if not insane- a slight imbalance in the brain. Genetics have nothing to do with it. It is the environment in which they were raised that leads them to murder, rape etc. If a person is raised around anger they will treat the world with anger.
