Are some of the team audio communications censored on NASCAR HotPass?
Yes, there is some limited censoring. On the four driver channels, some inappropriate language can be filtered at the request of NASCAR and the teams. We operate under the same rules which other NASCAR broadcasting partners (television, radio, internet) must adhere to when providing team audio communications. DIRECTV and NASCAR make every effort to provide the team audio communications to customers so they can enjoy the great experience of NASCAR.
