By Brendan Scott Times Herald-Record bscott@th-record.com Goshen Four Orange County employees accounted for more than 10 percent of the crashes involving county-owned vehicles between 1999 and 2004, according to accident reports acquired by the Times Herald-Record. The 151 incidents reported in those five years ranged from cosmetic scratches to fender benders to at least one serious wreck, in which the county’s emergency management director, Dominick Greene, suffered minor injuries. The most accidents five were reported by Debra Ryan, an assistant caseworker with the Department of Social Services. Among the incidents, which occurred over 39 months, Ryan reported crashing into the back of two braking cars and having her own county-owned car struck from behind. Three other county employees Assistant Caseworker Patricia Gerczak, Welfare Examiner Gina Illobre and county Courier Lucy Perna reported four accidents each.
