You bet. It was a huge issue when I was in that industry and always one that required some hard demonstration of quality before the solution was vetted fully and officially released. The really smart customers understood the balance between traffic and codecs being used, but the others just wanted ‘good voice’ and for the most part the equipment that I was dealing with was able to deliver at decent densities so I was pretty good.
