Hi there again Rick…some breeds of cats are better suited to learning behaviours better than others, however it always truly depends on their individual personality. I have 3 different breeds of cats: Abyssinian/tabby mix, Bengal leopard cat and a Maine ****. The Aby by far is the quickest, rather motivated to learn, however all 3 can perform the same intelligence tests when given to them. It solely depends on the cat’s personality, personal interest as far as what they get out of this and is rewarding to their own needs.
