Are some abdominal pains okay during early pregnancy?

I am about 5 week pregnant. I have some lower back pain, nothing serious. Some leg pain, but I heard that was normal. I get cold sometimes. But I am naturally cold all the time. Even before I found out I was pregnant. But now my body temp. has gone up. I’m not aware that I have a fever. I get head aches that last an hour or so. I get normal morning sickness. Nothing serious. But I have a little bit of lower abdominal pain. Now, this pain, it goes on through the day. But it’s on and off. Sometimes if I lay a certain way or if I sneeze, move to quickly or shift positions to quickly I have some pain. But when I relax myself it usually goes away. I also think that I am just worrying my self a little bit to much because I have leg pain that it close to my uterus and I think I might be mistaking it for that. Considering it is so close.
