Are solar flares due pressure fluactuation in space?

No there is very little pressure in space, yes there are solar winds, cosmic rays so there will always be some particles whizzing around at close to the speed of light but the pressure is so low it can effectively be called zero atmospheres Solar flares are more than likely caused by internal reactions in the star itself.
