No smurfs are not circumcised because they have no genitals. Smurfs are all born asexual males. There were no female smurfs until Smurfette came along. Smurfette was originally created by Gargamel to destroy the Smurfs but the overwhelming goodness of the smurf way of life transformed her into a good smurf. Sassette Smurf was later created by the Smurflings to serve as a sister for themselves and Smurfette.
