Are smoothies really healthy?
Depends on what you put into the smoothies, but its better to have that for dinner and have a big breakfast instead also a light lunch. you cant just lose weight buy just drinking smoothie(last i heard) just eat a big healthy breakfast, light lunch, and the smoothie for dinner or maybe something else that’s light and healthy. if your trying to lose weight try running around your neighborhood or some were convenient also if you don’t have accesses to a gym just buy some dumbbells or maybe a weight bench/swimming is also good.
