Due to the recently installed artificial grass, no smoking is allowed on Casa Feliz property including the interior courtyard, balconies, garden room front of property and exterior courtyard. The tenant is responsible for adherence to this rule. Smoking is allowed only in the designated area near the fountain in the roundabout and ash trays must be provided by the tenant or caterer. Sparklers are not allowed on the property at any time.
