Are Skullcandy metal jacket/titan headphones good?
Earbuds are notorious for short lifespans because of the thin wiring (and shoddy jobs that alot of companies do). Regardless, if you take care of them and not use them in environments that they were not built for (strenuous working out and other vigorous activities), then they will last for a while. I have the Skullcandy Titan and to be honest, the sound isn’t great compared to other earbuds like the Soundmagic PL-30 or the Etymotic Research ER6i but that is only if you really care about sound quality. In my opinion, the Skullcandy Full Metal Jacket has way too much bass. It drowns out the other sounds and makes me feel dizzy. Unless you like having your headpounding with bass, I don’t recommend getting the FMJ’s. However, the Titan’s seem to be a bit more toned with the bass, alot less aggressive than the FMJ’s. Regardless, the Skullcandy Titan still has a bit more bass than other comparable phones but again, in real life applications, I doubt you would notice it much. As for build qu
