Are skills and stats hard to gain and is there a daily gain cap?

Depends on what you perceive as “hard”. Skills are overall more difficult to gain than on regular shards, but we have a fair, functional skill gain system in place. Stat gains are dependent on skill gains, so if you work your skills, you will gain stats accordingly. There are no daily gain caps.
