Only single Army and Marine Corps personnel in the ranks of E-1 – E-5 are currently required to reside on post. In addition, Army and Marine Corps personnel may request a waiver through their chain of command to reside off post. The Bachelor Housing Office oversees accommodations for permanent party personnel consisting of 32 bachelor housing officer units, each containing a bedroom, living room, private bath, and kitchenette. In addition, there are 30 permanent party bachelor housing senior enlisted units, each containing a bedroom, living room, private bath, and kitchenette, and eight centralized barracks consisting of 576 barracks spaces. Geographical bachelors are no longer entitled unaccompanied facilities / quarters. Naval personnel are not required to stay on post; however, they must obtain a Certification of Non-Availability (CNA) # from the housing referral office prior to securing off-post housing.
