Are signs of labor different with a breech baby??

You should have all the same signs of labor. I was in a very similar situation. I was 36 weeks with a footling breech. I had mild contractions for a few days. Then one night my water broke and I got full-fledged contractions. If your water breaks, you’ll probably be sure. With a baby that’s head down, the baby’s head often plugs the cervix, so there is minimal fluid loss. With a breech there is less of a chance that the cervix will be blocked. My doctor told me to get to the hospital right away if the water breaks. Other than that, I guess be patient and wait for stronger contractions. Good luck!
