Are Shadow Box Frames and Keepsake Boxes Returnable?
A. Yes, standard displays can be returned for a full refund, less shipping and handling fees as long as they are returned in re-saleable condition within 30 days of receipt. You must receive a return authorization number to return any item. To receive a Return Authorization Number email your order number, name, and the reason for the return. We will email the return authorization number to you within five days or less. Customized displays (displays ordered with options) cannot be returned for any reason. Wholesale customers will pay a restocking fee on all returns.
