Are services taxable?
Assisted sales to wash or clean tangible personal property are taxable. Assisted sales occur when the labor to clean or wash the tangible personal property is performed by an employee of the seller. Other types of labor performed in connection with the sale of tangible personal property are taxable. See Publication 25, General Sales Tax Information.
