Are service engineers available for consultation and operator training?
Service engineers are available and it is advised to ask for service visits on a regular basis. Very often, the service engineers can correct details and find potential problems before they become reality and a serious threat to the production. We regularly train operators during the 3-4 week commissioning period. Extensive information documentation is also provided with the machine for customer guidance.
