Are seat covers returnable???
Although seat covers are made to order, we want to be sure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. We will accept returns of standard orders only when the reason for the return is reasonable. Please note, we cannot accept returns simply because you weren’t happy with the color once received (if uncertain, please request sample swatches). Please be careful when giving as a gift or surprise gift and when inputting the nformation into the order form. If you are unsure, please give us a call or email us. Although we do maintain a large inventory of ready made seatcovers to supply our dealer accounts, please understand that most inernet orders are made to order. Embroidered seat covers or two tone seat covers cannot be accepted as these are special orders. Should a return be necessary, a RA (returns authorization) should be requested.
