Are School Safety Plans Adequate In Colorado?
DENVER — The violence at Deer Creek Middle School has parents in Colorado questioning the safety precautions at local schools. The state’s Attorney General says by law, every school in Colorado must have an emergency action plan. “It’s a constant threat, it’s going to be with us for the foreseeable future,” said Attorney General John Suthers.
