Scent-Sational Candles does not use lead wicks in any of our candle products. All of our candles are made with zinc core wicks. Zinc core wicks have many advantages over cotton wicks. When you blow out the candle, zinc wicks won’t submerge as easily as cotton wicks. They are easy to relight, and you’ll never have to “find” the wick in the wax. Zinc core wicks are 100% environmentally safe!
