Are scanned documents admissible to HM Customs and Inland Revenue?

DCS have already been audited by both organisations and we have held our own documents in scanned format for over 5 years ! In addition, compliance with the latest BS DISC PD0008 procedures means that documents can now be assumed to be legally admissible documents. It is very important however to prove that you, or the scanning service you outsource to, follows these guidelines. DCS warrants that all our scanning services follow these BS DISC PD0008 guidelines.
