Yes. Satellite dishes should be installed on the back side of the roof of a house whenever possible. When this proves impractical, the dish should be installed in the most discreet position possible. Satellite dishes should not be installed so as to be visible from the front of a lot unless that is the only location where the owner can receive a signal of acceptable quality. Dishes larger than 18 inches in diameter are not permitted.
