Are sandwich projects eligible for an Alßan scholarship?
Yes, the projects that include different phases of work in the EU and in LA, in an integrated way (often known as a “sandwich” project) and if they receive the support of at least one eligible Higher Education Institution (HEI) in a Latin American country and another HEI from the EU, it will also be considered eligibles for Programme Alßan. In this case, the phases of the project involving work in Latin America are not financially covered by Programme Alßan.
