Are sandstone pavers only available in a golden color?
No! When sandstone is first produced from quarries it is normally a bluey grey color. Once it is out in the open air, oxygen and water produce oxidants with then change the color. Sandstone pavers offer many magical colors like; greens, browns blues, oranges, reds and many more. They also feature swirls of different colors. Veining and striking of different colors are also found in forms of sandstone. In some cases, the materials which help form sandstone fossils can be found in amongst the pavers when they are being cut.
