Are rooms inspected for damage?
You are responsible for any damage that may occur in your room and will be billed accordingly. The RA will review the room with each occupant at the beginning of the term and each roommate will sign a room inventory/damage form. At the end of the school year (or when a student moves out of the room) the RA will again review and access the room for damage with the students.
