Banko: “With freshmen it happens a lot more because they don’t know the person that they will be living with. Sophomores, juniors and seniors know who they are living with. They choose to live with this person for some reason or another. Mostly when upperclassmen have conflicts they more or less deal with it because they were friends before, and I am sure they want to remain friends after they move out. With freshmen they usually get fed up and move out.
