Are roof leaks due to installation covered?

0

Roof leaks caused by the installation of the system are covered by the Company and would be handled by the local franchisee. We do not plan on subcontracting any of our installations. Roof damage caused by normal wear and tear or by natural disasters or man-made damage is the responsibility of the customer. Furthermore, if the damage requires us to come to the site and remove the system for a period of time until the roof is repaired, then the customer is liable for those charges. Charges will include removal and reinstallation of the system, as well as the projected business loss during that period of time. We are looking into providing an insurance rider for customers so that this is a non-issue for them, but at this time we are not providing them any such insurance.
