Are Road Rage and Aggressive Driving the same thing?
The terms road rage and aggressive driving are not synonymous. Road rage is criminal behavior characterized by uncontrolled anger resulting in violence or the threat of violence on the road, usually with the driver’s vehicle as a weapon. Aggressive driving does not evolve to the same level. With aggressive driving, there is no criminal intent involved and the offenses are traffic offenses only.
